Actually, Yes. It’s called “Windows Live Writer”

But if you are referring to Blog as in Blogger then again, Yes. MSN Spaces is now “Windows Live Spaces” :)

Actually – “Live” “Windows Live” and “Office Live” are three diffrent product lines and mostly confused as similar
Live = hosted by Microsoft
Windows Live= Web users
Office Live = Enterprise
